Current- Support and advise functional leaders on all compensation-related matters
- Accountable for market benchmarking and market pay analysis, including the formulation of conclusions and recommendations on the company’s competitive position
- Makes recommendations on offer approvals and pay actions for assigned areas; works to build consensus with key stakeholders
- Partners with key stakeholders on job documentation and analysis in support of G-P’s career architecture
- Trains managers and employees on compensation practices, career architecture, and compensation conversations
- Guides and advises business leaders through cyclical compensation programs
