In charge of maintaining and running a safe and efficient concrete plant. Responsible for batching concrete daily through the use of Jonnel and Eagle material control system. Dispatched concrete trucks to and from work sites. Use of heavy equipment such as front end loader, bobcat, backhoe, manlift, and forklift. Ensured quality control of concrete was up to state of California and city of San Diego specifications. Ran mechanical and safety inspections of the plant. Responsible for all inventory, tools, heavy equipment, ordering material, supplies, any additional equipment to run the plant. Framed, poured, finished and stamped concrete. Conducted maintenance repairs when needed on motors, bearings, heavy equipment, light electrical work (rewiring parts of the plant), and welding. Worked with hydraulic, motorized, and air pressured systems. Ran the environment hazard control to ensure plant was running without pollution to air, water, soil and wildlife.

First learned how to run and maintain a concrete plant. Batched concrete through use of Eagle material control system. Poured, finished, stamped concrete. Ran quality control inspections on concrete and environment hazard control. Operated heavy equipment including bobcat, front end loader, backhoe, forklift, and manlift. Provided excellent customer service with inquiring companies, received and prepared phone orders . Documented daily concrete orders and managed money profits. Ordered all material, equipment, and supplies for plant.
