Responsible for facilitating a culture of improvement by fostering the fulfillment of organizational performance standards as conveyed by executive leadership and Federal, State and County regulations. Also responsible for managing, tracking and navigating aspects of risk prevention management for the organization and developing plans of action to address issues that arise. Actions also include ensuring that the organization and its personnel remain compliant with all regulatory standards and in-house polices and procedures. Oversight of medical records department and facilitate chart reviews/audits on quarterly basis and in preparation for county system wide audits. Provide administrative supervision for agency psychiatrists, as well as direct consultation and supervision to administrative and clinical (licensed and unlicensed) staff. Also, responsible for supervision and consultation with Research Analyst to identify service provision trends that may require the development of quality improvement plans.

Responsible for administrative and clinical management of program including provision of direct clinical and administrative supervision of staff; clinical review of program documentation (assessments, care plans, progress notes); provision of crisis intervention and LPS 5585 assessments for child/adolescent clients; and direct participation in assessment, treatment planning and coordination of client services to children/adolescents and their families.

Responsible for administrative and clinical management of daily program activities including direct participation in assessment, treatment planning, and resource coordination for referred families; provision of in home individual and family counseling; participation in Team Decision Meetings and other community based meetings with Department of Children and Family Services; direct clinical supervision for staff and completion of required agency reports.
