Check that all expenses are included in the budget to ensure all charges are billed.• Facilitate vendor creation in SAP for new vendors• Develop and maintain a filing system – contracts, budgets, spend reports, cross charging details, vendor invoices, etc.

• Handles the preparation of several merchandising-related documents and reports such as the Weekly Sales Report, Promo Analysis, End of Season Hindsight, etc• Prepares Pre-Coordination files used by the Brand Manager in Merchandise Buying• Participates in Remote Buying of merchandise by coordinating with on-shore American Eagle principals.• Prepares and encodes invoices from merchandise acquisition

• Monitors chart of Suspense Accounts for different APAC countries such as Taiwan, Australia, Philippines & New Zealand.• Performs investigation and analysis of suspense items and subsequently performs the necessary action/s to clear any outstanding entries• Mitigates the number of entries falling into suspense error monitoring, reporting and escalation across different Accounts Payable teams in various processes from invoice data entry to payment processing.• Ensures that all transitory accounts are monitored and exceptions are addressed timely to maintain customer satisfaction.• Performs user acceptance testing for systems enhancement to ensure that updates will have nil impact on production process once implemented.• Ensures that agreed control processes, procedures and end of day reports are strictly implemented without compromise to identify and mitigate risks and losses• Participates in regular stakeholder calls as needed.

• Perform ad-hoc table maintenance within SLA. • Develop the necessary controls to ensure integrity and quality of all maintenance output.• Support projects and testing of system enhancements and new/modified feeds that affect the General Ledger systems.• Develop a strong working relationship with the internal Citi customers serviced by the unit, ensuring that high quality service standards are maintained.• Develop customer service excellence.
