Individual Consultant for Ministry of TransportationAssigned for Indonesia Mass Transit Project (Mastran) Loan IBRD No.9340-IDDirectorate of Road Transport Responsibilities:- Led end-to-end project management, providing technical assistance, monitoring project schedules, and delivering regular reports to the PMU and PIU of the Mastran Project. Focused on Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) implementation in pilot cities (Metropolitan Bandung and Medan) and planning for other cities (Semarang, Surabaya, Makassar).- Acted as a liaison, coordinating 4 consulting firms and local PIU governments in Bandung and Medan to ensure timely project milestone delivery and compliance with contractual terms.- Managed the procurement process from developing procurement plans to drafting RFPs, bid evaluations, and contract documents using the World Bank Procurement System (STEP). Successfully completed procurement for 4 QCBS consultant service packages, 1 NCB works package, and 5 individual consultant packages.- Supported financial planning, ensuring budget availability through DIPA preparation, operational instructions (POK), and Annual Work Plans (AWP).- Administered 7 ongoing contracts under the Mastran Project, using national financing systems (SAKTI) and the World Bank’s Client Connection platform for billing and disbursement tracking, including IFR submissions. Collaborated with key stakeholders like the Ministry of Finance, World Bank, and AFD to achieve a 95% budget absorption rate.- Provided general affairs support to the Commitment Making Officer (PPK), managing daily schedules and administrative tasks, ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones.- Coordinated travel logistics and accountability reports for project teams, organizing flights, hotels, meeting rooms, transportation, and other services while liaising with other stakeholders
