Worked with Pininfarina on the finalization and launch of Birdcage concept car at the Geneva Car Show. Dealt with Marketing, Event Planning, Promotions and Sales. Managed a $6M budget.

Responsible for Contract Negotiations with new carrier partners. Supported identification & development of initial sales force, commission programs, account management, indirect channels/retail stores and created and implemented the training programs. Sale of iDEN Mobile Devices and accessories to Latin American Carriers, NII Argentina, Brazil, Mexico & Peru, Avantel Colombia, etc. Responsible for country sales and Engineering support teams with sales of over $240 million per year.

Country Manager for LMPS Business in Venezuela, In country lead for setting up first Motorola wholly owned subsidiary in Latin America. Responsible for LMPS System/Network sales to local distributors, State and Local Government, including Petroleum market. Worked with Cisneros Group in the implementation and development of their offices and sales team for a Public SMR, Trunked Radio System. As the Senior Motorolan in country worked with Corporate HR, Legal, Security, Real Estate, etc. in setting up offices and operations in Venezuela.

Sold to all State and Local Government Accounts, including, Police, Fire, EMS, Electric Power Authority, etc. Also responsible for Federal Government Accounts and all of the private sector.
