From a young age, Caesar Medel was captivated by entrepreneurship, threading his journey through Florida's thriving tech landscape. At just 22, he founded a web and mobile app development agency in Orlando, moving on to co-found QPN, a digital advertising firm, four years later.Medel's entrepreneurial flair shone through in startups like Why Time Flies, Hashtagmen LLC, and Leap with ALICE. As CEO of Neoware Studios, he brought coworking spaces to the Oviedo Mall in 2019, expanding them across suburban America.In 2021, he launched Blockchain Innovation Lab, Inc (BILI), partnering with the University of Central Florida and Global Blockchain Ventures, aiming to create a national blockchain hub. He’s now focused on a blockchain/time-stamping venture, a testament to his enduring entrepreneurial spirit. He believes in a fluid economy and is excited by the emergence of Web3.Medel's roots in Winter Park, FL, and Lake Howell High School grounded him before he embarked on a successful mortgage brokering career. This led him down the entrepreneurial path, founding and selling businesses, and mastering the serial entrepreneur lifestyle. In 2013, he started a web development agency, showcasing his self-taught leadership and progressive business acumen.In October 2022, Medel moved to New York, joining the University at Buffalo's cultivator program.
