Caesar D. Williams, CLU, ChFC With more than 35 years of insurance experience, the Philadelphia native has held positions in marketing, product development and sales management for regional brokerage agencies and national companies such as CIGNA, New England Life and Aflac. Caesar has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to insurance education. He started working in the industry during his freshman year and went on to receive a Bachelor of Business Administration in Insurance from Howard University. He later earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from the American College. In addition, Caesar earned a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in insurance and entrepreneurial management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.Caesar is currently Vice chairman of the Youthwork Foundation of the Union League of Philadelphia, a Trustee of the Steppingstone Foundation and an Overseer of the William Penn Charter School, his alma mater. The avid golfer and surfer often volunteer’s his time teaching swimming and speaking with young people about careers in the insurance industry.
