I'm currently working as a Freelance Animator, with specialties in 3D Animation and Motion Graphics. I’ve worked professionally as an animator for 5 years, with an additional 8 years of formal education and vocational experience in the field prior.I’m passionate about solving complex problems and learning new skills, and I’m experienced with organizing projects and tracking progress. I have a general understanding of many disciplines including creative writing, filmmaking, programming, and computer hardware, which allows for better collaboration between technical and creative teams.Recently I was a Senior Animator at R/GA, a digital advertising agency, where I worked on many projects for clients including Samsung, Marvel, Converse, Verizon, Mercedes, Johnson & Johnson, Walmart, and PWC. I was also part of the team that helped launch the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Note 8.While working at CBS Sports I handled the "Weekly Matchups" elements aired every week on The NFL Today Show, designing custom one-off animations that changed in theme and design each week featuring the big matchups that would air each Sunday. For Super Bowl 50 I was responsible for most of the studio sponsor elements, including the Front of Desk graphics and the Back Wall monitors. I also designed and animated the Down and Distance elements, which appear on every play and display the current down and the distance to the first down. This template will be used in the 2016 NFL regular season on CBS.Outside of CBS Sports, I've also worked as an animator on a Doritos commercial for their "Crash The Super Bowl" contest, where our submission made it to the semi-finals.For a short time I also worked as a web designer and developer, creating websites and Facebook Apps from scratch, and was proficient in HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript.Specialties: 3D Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, Composition, Atmosphere and Tone, Video Editing, Multimedia Management, Story Boarding.
