• Mobilizing Long Term Project Loans for current & future expansion of the company in India & abroad. • Fund Raising in Domestic and International markets through ECB, NCD’s and Commercial Paper’s.• Ensuring adequacy of Working Capital Limits (Fund & Non-Fund limits) to ensure liquidity and smooth management of working capital requirements.• Foreign Exchange Risk Management and Compliance.• Managing Treasury Operations comprising of Daily Liquidity Management, Investments Portfolio, Trade Finance (LC, Buyers Credit) with a view to minimize cost of funds and maximize returns.• Develop and nurture relationship with Consortium of 10 Bankers (Public & Private Sector Banks) and Credit Rating Agencies (CARE, ICRA, India Rating) & Regulatory bodies (RBI).• Partnering with Business for arranging Structured Finance for Vendors & Channel Partners.• Innovative Funding structure to reduce overall cost of Borrowing.

• Arrangement of Borrowings: Involved in various financing from Domestic and International market through ECB, High yield bond, $ loans, Rupee bond, Rupee Term loan.• Evaluation of various Structured Financing and off balance-sheet Structures.• Risk management of Forex exposures through Forex Hedging strategies.• Dealing and maintaining relationship with Rating Agencies : International agencies (Moody’s / S&P) and Domestic agencies (Crisil / India Rating)• Managing Banking Relationship with various International and Indian Banks.• Consolidation & Management of Group Long term & Short Term Borrowings.

• Corporate Finance and M&A: Acquisition Financing done for acquisition of Cairn India & WCL, Liberia.• Fund Raising: Involved in various financing at Domestic and International level ranging from ECB, FCCB, Rupee NCD’s, Rupee Term loan, CP & acquisition financing.• Working Capital Management: Managing Working Capital facilities (Fund & Non-Fund based) amounting to INR 3500 Crs across under both Consortium and multiple banking. • Trade Finance & Banking Relations: Managing Banking relationships including establishing & managing credit lines, trade finance, covenant compliance, pricing negotiation, arranging for CRISIL Rating.• Foreign Exchange Risk Management: Forex Hedging as per company policy and compliance with FEMA and RBI laws and regulations.• Investments: Handled Investment Portfolio with exposure across Mutual Funds, Bonds, FMP’s & FD’s.• Balance Sheet Finalization: Handling associate companies accounts & balance sheet finalization

• Credit Appraisal: Functional expertise in analysis of financial statement of individuals and small & medium enterprises. • Control: Control on post disbursement activities like documents and part disbursed cases.• Product development: Making significant contribution to product team for development of new products by sharing ideas on new products as per market need.• Delinquency Management: Analyzing and taking corrective actions and monitoring delinquency.• Conducting SOX Audit and Business Continuity Plan for the Bank.• Risk Management: To formulate process and systems for smooth and effective working of organization and fraud control.

• Treasury: Managing the purchase & sale of SLR & Non SLR investments like Govt Securities, Mutual Funds etc.• Fund Management: Handling Fund & Cash management by ensuring financial discipline & better utilization of resources.• Foreign Exchange: Managing Foreign currency inward & outward remittances viz Cash, DD's/Traveler Cheques, Foreign Bills; Other trade remittances.• Finance: Finalization of Balance Sheet of the Bank.• Audit: Co-coordinating Statutory & RBI Audits.
