As Overseas Service and Operations Responsible, my duty was to support our clients in Overseas countries and give them a technical support with the team of Engineers. Additionally, as Technical Support Team, we were giving support to technicians on site, and was working as a technical back office.

Managing the team with 17 technicians which worked on site repairs, startups, commissioning, and installation. My duty was to organize their schedule, arrange their spare parts, tools, and transportation which they will use while service and understand the client’s needs & problems, before going to the site.

As a 3d design responsible, I was in charge of designing projects that project engineers prepared as layout. I was in charge of planning and giving duties to draftsmen, controlling their work and controlling devices's BOM lists. And it was my duty to be sure that the drawings are certain that suppliers need for our orders.
