It is a "Neighborhood Marketing Plan". I made a presentation to explain why and how vending machine market should penetrate to housing place. I made some presentations and analysis to discuss with the director board of company. Finally, this proposal was adopted and with my assistance, the selling of that year increased. This February, I went to Japan with TaiZheng’s director board to make a commercial contact with the leading companies of Japanese vending industry, Apex and Japan Beverage. During the contact I understood the whole system of vending industry in Japan and also found out some managerial advantages of these leading companies. I draft an internal strategy plan of TaiZheng which is called “Niche Strategy and Systematic Strategy”, this strategy plan have been adopted as current year organizational strategy by director board.
