Operations Support Systems Administrator/NOC Support• Successfully designed, developed and rolled-out first cut of Remedy CRM system. The system was used for logging trouble tickets from customers, in-country help desks and internal users. Received promotion to the next level within six months for my efforts on the project and my performance within the Networks Operations Center. Also received “Chairman’s Award” for timely delivery of the product.

•Monitored, managed and provided 1st level support of all Local and Wide Area Network problems which consisted of routers, switches, communications equipment and over 200 servers in North America and the Caribbean. Also managed the backup of all servers locate onsite and at eight remote branches.
