I graduated from Istanbul University. Through her high-quality training, I have developed strong project management skills supported by skills in managing deadlines, conflict resolution, attention to detail, and organization; but I've never been an ordinary student who only cares about them. I also think that as a part of outreach activities such as volunteering projects, I have developed interpersonal skills such as effective listening, verbal and non-verbal communication, and decision making.In fact, first and foremost, I describe myself as a walking discipline, the bright half-moon smile that can easily transform itself from a problem-solving quirk into a customer, friendly co-worker. Working part-time jobs since I was a teenager has helped me understand work ethic, which I believe is one of the most needed soft skills a modern person should have.
