• Plan, review, adapt and execute the annual and more annual sales plan in line with M&S policy and strategy within the country in order to match the plan with the production plan and stock,• Introduces the company and products to potential customers in line with M&S policy and within the country in order to inform and acquire national customers,• Formulates and negotiates with customers about annual and/or more annual contracts, within a clear framework of price and sales terms in order to realize the sales targets,• Provide market, price, and product information in line with crop and area policy and strategy within the country in order to contribute to the formulating of the marketing and sales plan in the crop team,• Take care of the money collection in line with the financial policy and the payment terms nationally in order to ensure payment and sufficient cash flow.

Production Manager – Corn• Responsible as a people manager for production team who is 10 engineers responsible for corn,• Re-building of corn production team in the company,• Preparation and management of annual production budget,• Responsible for contracting with growers, having all field operations done like planting, weed management, plant management and harvesting,• Managing production on over 800 ha in different locations for four consecutive seasons; producing more than ten different varieties which will be supplied for domestic sales and export demand,• Auditing all field operations by monitoring, visiting the areas, talking to the production team, growers and getting feedback,• Expert on deal with contracting with growers, preparing contract, evaluating production areas from the climatological and technical point of view, finding production areas, experience in competition,• Expert on processing seeds, packaging, and also documentation for import of parental seeds from abroad.Project Manager – Corn Drying & Processing Facility• Responsible as a project manager for building of a new drying and processing plant in Salihli,• Develop and update a complete Engineering project plan,• Include and implement appropriate Engineering standards in the scope of the projects.• Preparation and review of cost estimates, schedules, budget, and cash flow projections,• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and other technical related items,• Responsible for all aspects of project safety.
