Product Manager of Switch and Clearing products . Responsible for domestic rule management on payment standards and chargeback procedures in Turkey . Following updates in the cards&payments industry globally and also changes in laws & regulations, taking necessary or proactive actions.

Supervisor of Acquirer and Issuer lines of Chargeback Department. Acting according to the issue and regulations of BKM,Visa and Mastercard for dispute resolution both on issuing and acquiring.Responsible for work flows,reporting and development in all aspects of the department including software.Also responsible for the performance and the skill improvement of six direct reports (assistant specialists).

Evaluation process of merchant requests in collaboration with branches,sales department,marketing department,POS Establishment,ADC Security and Law departments.Communicating with customers in WEBPOS requests for preparing the website at the standards of the bank and making sure that the security level is well-prepared for the merchant and its customers.Preparing reports for problematic merchant applicants with information taken from departments mentioned before.Reporting problematic files to the supervisor if it will end up with a rejection.
