Role: Senior PEGA Developer (Senior System Architect CSSA)I worked as PEGA Senior System Architect at DefineX. I did IT consulting one of Turkey's leading banks at DefineX Consulting. PEGA technologies are used in projects. My role was as a Team Lead and Senior System Architect in these projects. My team's strategy contained Agile methodologies. I worked on issues such as Commercial Credits (One Limit Product), Workforce Management, Distraint and Deposit Research projects. These projects architectures were built on BPM methodology.Within the scope of the project, process improvements, performance improvements, development of additional requests from the customer, process automation, drawing new flows, new service integrations REST and SOAP, creating automatic excel spreadsheets, creating letters in Word and PDF.In addition, the Pega version upgrade was made in the projects I worked on. Related projects have been upgraded from Pega 7 to Pega 8. As part of the upgrade Within the scope of the work, I took part in upgrade works such as skiming rulesets, solving validation errors, converting sections into design templates, moving and adjusting Access Groups, increasing Guardrails scores, converting existing agents to Job Scheduler and Queue Processor and many more about upgrading.
