- Being responsible for the management of all sales activities and supervision of sales to achieve short and medium-term business goals- Presenting the annual operation plan and meeting the target for countries in target markets - Determine and implement the trade and marketing budget for each international market - Developing sales plans, managing chain store relationships and evaluating potential sales opportunities for target markets - Preparing an offer to convey to the customer and promoting the product or service- Conducting market research and tracking and reporting competitor products and activities - Coordinating sales orders and shipments by working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Coordinating and supervising with teammates to ensure in-company coordination to ensure trouble-free export operations- Planning and organizing the process regarding participation in international fairs and carrying out customer visits

- Ensure processing of incoming orders in a timely, professional and efficient manner.- Problem solving and daily cooperation with customers, internal and both internal external partners.

- Tracking customs operations

- Assisting Team on purchasing preparation process (asking offers, finding alternative suppliers, checking quotations, data entrance etc.)- Giving support in the administration of the Purchasing Department- Taking an active role in customer communication

- Control, documentation, reporting and archiving of completed transactions- Creation of related documents, archiving of records on the system and providing support to the department
