• Manage the operation activities of the plant including those related to Production, Maintenance and EHS. • Manage the human and material resources for the plant operation in order to make the operation profitable. • Execution of improvement projects for quality assurance, process productivity Comply with the internal and external quality assurance standards in order to assure the safety of the products. • Follow up all the KVD strategies, especially those related with Maintenance and Production such as scrap reduction, labor, maintenance cost. • Collaborate in the product transition to other sites of the company.

• Manage the operation activities of the plant related to the production program. • Execution of improvement projects for the assurance of the quality and productivity of the processes. • Keep trained and updated operational staff in order to meet the objectives of quality, productivity and continuous improvement. • Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment. • Facilitate the resources for the proper functioning of the work teams in order to ensure that the operational personnel meet the objectives. • On this position, KVD were implemented as part of the company strategy. Improvements on scrap reduction, minimize slow cycle times, reduction of change overs and labor reduction in different processes.
