When working within this job role, it is my upmost responsibility that I ensure that the needs of every customer are met by cleaning their windows to the best of my ability in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

Within this role, I was a sales assistant and it was my duty to ensure that the section that I was allocated to each shift was organised fully, looking fully presentable by ensuring that the size order was in the correct order for the specific section. I firstly started on textiles, mainly working within the men’s section of the store. I often got quite a lot of recommendations and customers always found me very helpful by saying to other staff members who were working on the till that I was very helpful in assisting them to find or recommend specific items. Furthermore, three weeks into the job, I was asked by one of the managers to be trained on the till, however, it is known that you aren’t meant to be trained until at least 6 months in to the job. Unfortunately this never happened due to the shop always being so busy. Moreover, I was later trained within the footwear department of the store which gave me the ability to jump between sections if needed be. I was able to request multiple pairs of shoes for customers at one time for the specific size, and then I was able to locate the shoes in the stockroom to then serve the customers the shoes.
