• Being an expert in the UAE VAT legislation and keep track of any developments in this regard.• Advise companies on their VAT position in the UAE, by interpreting the VAT articles in the legislation and give our expert opinion.• Deal with VAT compliance matters and provide necessary guidance to our clients, especially in relation to VAT return filing.• Provide presentations on VAT topics to clients, team members, and other colleagues.• Guide and mentor junior members of our team and companies.• Communicate and support clients on VAT matters on a high level.• Conducting VAT reviews.• Ensuring compliance of VAT data collection, review, consolidation, preparation, and payment of VAT liability.

• Provide VAT Advisory and Vat Compliance Services to businesses in UAE.• Conduct VAT Training for the relevant staff of companies outlining the tax impact on various business structures and transactions on a day to day matters.• Support in Vat Implementation and Monthly /Quarterly Vat Return submission.• Provide objective advice, expertise, and specialist skills with the aim of creating value, maximizing growth or improving the business performance of clients.• Carry out research, surveys, data collections, and interviews to gain understanding of the business.• Analyzing Statistics.• Detecting issues and investigating ways to resolve them.• Assessing the Pros & Cons of possible strategies.• Implement recommendations/solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out.• Analyze of Finance, revenue, expenditure, and employees report advising Business Managers on how they can improve organizational efficiency and increase profitability by decreasing cost.• Prepare Balance Sheet and Income Statements and provide support to all internal and external auditors.

• Perform Statutory, Concurrent, Operational and Revenue Audit of Major Nationalized and Private Sector Banks such as Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda, Union Bank, Central Bank of India, etc. reviewing the following:-o Review of loan disbursement process, credit appraisal, the recovery process of the loan, compliance with statutory provisions, and classification of loans. o Review of NPA Accountso Review and verification of FCNR & other Non-Residents Accounts, Purchase/sale/ extension & cancellation of Forward contractso Reconciliation of Nostro & Vostro Account Balances.o Review and verification of Interest calculationo Verification and scrutiny of Accounts balances and unusual transaction o Review of bank compliance with RBI guidelines.• Perform Company Audits as per companies act and finalizes the Balance sheets of companies such as KK Textile Industries, Gems & Jewellery Company, Khurana Jewellers.• Stock Audits and Verification and Unit Inspection.• Preparing Project Finance for corporate loans.• Filling of Returns of Companies, Individuals, etc.• Finalization of Accounts for Annual Year ended.
