The Australian Conservation Foundation is Australia’s national environmental organisation. I lead the marketing and development efforts of the Missouri regional office, creating and maintaining the marketing and communications infrastructure, which supported fund development efforts and grew brand recognition. Selected accomplishments: • Appointed as marketing strategy advisor to collaborate with national marketing team and other agencies overhauling national marketing strategies and procedures• Doubled regional social media engagement from little interaction to a committed following in one year• Developed multi-platform social media strategies and content calendars to continue strong engagement• Designed and published regional email campaigns to reach over 400 regional subscribers• Managed nearly 30 grants and nearly $1 million, resulting in stronger regional development infrastructure

A small university not-for-profit offering international short term volunteer service programs for university students. I turned this intern position into a full-time volunteer position by starting the centre’s social media accounts to engage students and promote service trips and programs.
