Key projects have included Kings Square 3, The Crown Perth Dome Demolition and currently the Ritz Carlton Towers at Elizabeth Quays.▪ End to end management of construction projects, including overall project operations▪ Managing project teams (internal teams and external contractors)▪ Developing project briefs and scope of works▪ Client reporting, relationship management and in depth negotiation prior to project award ▪ Engaging with a variety of stakeholders ▪ Managing health, safety and environmental compliance onsite▪ Overseeing a procurement team and appropriate selection and review of external resources ▪ Creating management plans, conducting information studies and producing reports
