Recruited as a Student-at-Law and purchased the firm, rebranding the business to Western Legal as well as taking on full accountability for legal operations, business strategy, and staff management.Legal Focus Areas• Real Estate Law: Facilitated over $1B in real estate transactions, serving as primary advisor and administrator for buyers, sellers, and agents to ensure legally sound and compliant navigation of all contract finalization, fund transfers, and more.• Estate Law: Guided 100s of clients through a range of estate cases, combining a compassionate approach to client relationships with an expertise in estate law to facilitate the compliant management and allocation of estates of up to 8-figures.• Corporate Law: Serve as Corporate Registered Officer for corporations across all industries (oil and gas, construction, healthcare, professional services, small businesses, etc.) ensuring clients are compliant and in good standing, serving as first point of contact for any legal issues, and advising clients on legal strategies. Leadership Responsibilities & Accomplishments• Personally manage all 1-on-1 client service delivery, meeting with clients to understand their unique needs, educating them on the legal system, building strategies for each case, and driving legal operations to consistently achieve optimal client outcomes. • Integrated an enterprise-level document management system to reduce operating costs, labor requirements, and risks.
