Manage a busy tutoring center at a public elementary school running a one-on-one literacy intervention program with 65 elementary aged students reading below grade level. Coordinated and adjusted schedules as necessary to make sure students received two one-on-one tutoring sessions every week. Worked closely with 80+ volunteers, providing training, oversight and guidance to make sure each tutoring session was productive and enjoyable for both the student and the volunteer. Cultivate school staff and teacher relationships to continue the long-term partnership between the school and Reading Partners.

Worked two summers at Mount Hermon Conference Center, serving 1,000 guests per day. Worked closely with Food Retail Manager to oversee all aspects of three very busy retail operations on camp property. Responsible for inventory and deliveries for all three venues. Planned and oversaw catered “pop-up” events during the week. Served as point person between retail staff and manager which included role as shift supervisor (training and oversight); opening and closing.
