Responsible for the full suite of Human Resources services for over 400 employees including all of our Specialists, Support Staff, Administrative, Maintenance and Custodial groups. The major functions that make up my role are employee relations, union relations, full-cycle recruitment and health and safety. Working closely with our district and school leadership, I act as a trusted advisor and business partner to ensure our workforce is set up to be successful.

Responsible for the oversight of our three operations teams, made up of Recruitment Solutions, Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Contractor Workforce Management. Managed budgets and revenue goals, supported client and contractor relations and managed 12 individuals who had a combined portfolio of over 600+ active contractors and temporary staff.

As a Recruitment Specialist I am responsible for finding great candidates to fill a variety of roles for our clients. Most recently specialization has been supply chain, technical field and operations roles and top notch executive assistants. Previously have recruiter for many different corporate services and technical roles with the fundamental understanding that fit is a key contributor to success for both employees and employers.
