As a graduate officer at the ATO I've worked on varied projects including: - Drafting team plans, providing admin assistance to directors, liaising with internal and external stakeholders. - Data extraction and analysis on procurement policies, to aid in development of an ATO procurement strategy. - Drafting reports, presentations, and graphics, adhering to tight deadlines when required. - Engaging with the public to assist with varied tax issues involving super, income tax returns.- Researching and writing private rulings and risk review case plans.

As a member of the Student Relations Network UQ I worked in a call centre delivering student outreach services to first year students. This included providing information about key UQ services, and helping students with problems or questions they had. As part of my role, I worked a Crew Trainer, training new crew members in phone etiquette, emergency procedures, and helping them develop their own approach to calling students while filling out a survey to improve student services.

Grew tutoring business through referrals, reputation and working with multiple tutoring companies. Provided quality explanations to a diverse students from primary school to university in Mathematics, English, Economics, Business Information Systems and Accounting.

Worked in the Economist Practice Transfer Pricing team at the ATO. Assisted on a BAPA renewal case by conducting benchmarking analysis. Reviewed and summarised Taxpayer Documents, mostly sales agreement contracts, for a marketing hub case. Also gained exposure to LILO, marketing hub, and financing cases through ATO training and workshops run by the EP team.

Conducted market research and carried out a research project on volunteer moblisation strategies to aid campaign strategy development at CCIQ. This included contacting campaign stakeholders, and interviewing organisations to gather qualitative data on mobilisation strategies.
