-Work with physicians and clinical teams by providing administrative support and identifying referrals for different levels of treatment to ensure that patients are provided with care following their treatment at ERC-Admit patients by communicating with patient and family members prior to admission, reviewing and completing admission forms, and obtaining ROI's-Track patient movements, transfers, and discharges by updating the electronic medical record-Facilitate FMLA/disability paperwork and obtain work and school absence letters to support non-clinical patient needs -Coordinate with outpatient providers by sending admission and discharge records and updating contacts-Administer treatment plan assessments and patient engagement surveys with patient and family members throughout their treatment-Assist with scheduling appointments as well as peer to peers following insurance denials
