I am currently enrolled in a 6-credit course, competitive effectiveness which involves a semester long marketing and management project for a client. My team was tasked with developing a marketing strategy for Comcast's new streaming service Stream Saver. We are conducting research on the Target Audience, performing interviews, and creating surveys to determine the most successful approach for our client. This research will help us craft a marketing pitch to present directly to Comcast. As the Project Manager for my team, I oversee task delegation, manage the project, and ensure that all of the members of the team are participating effectively. Being a Project Manager has sharpened my skills in organizing complex projects, communicating clearly, and learning how to balance a large workload.
