Hi! I am Cailin and I am here to serve, help, and motivate other beings to become the person they seek.When I was in school at Colorado State University, I discovered that I had a huge interest in learning about other people and considering why people do the things that they may or may not do. This interest only grew during a backpacking trip I took across Europe for two and a half months. I loved learning about others and getting the opportunity to indulge myself within diverse cultures.Upon returning home, my passionate curiosity for others continued to grow as I landed a job working at a youth correctional facility that served at risk young men. I worked grueling hours for a year, down in the residential facilities, to be able to work hand in hand with youth who needed help and guidance in one way or another. After a year at the facility, I was granted a promotion and stepped up into the case management role. Here, I was able to be a part of the back side of the company and ensure administrative duties were performed adequately as well as specialized in the intake process for new youth coming into the facility. I realized that after a few months in this position, I was not feeling as fulfilled with what I sought to do leading me to leave the facility. This path pushed me to further pursue learning more about people and how to help as I began graduate school for a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Currently, I am at a job that is allowing me to focus on my education, while making an earning for myself. Because the job I have currently is not allowing me to work in the field I deeply desire, I am now seeking a full time job that puts me in the field I am hungry to be in.
