My ultimate goal is being able to do what I love as a full-time job. After starting out a hobby on Twitter, I joined an up and coming page on the platform with 30,000 followers. I was asked to write analytical pieces on Manchester United for the account.Soon afterwards I was added to the management team to help grow the account and solidify our position in the space. We now have over 650,000 followers across four different platforms. I also led a website project back in December 2020 which launched in the follow March, as I wanted to be able to expand the brand even further. After personally developing the website, my next job was to scout a team of aspiring writers to help create the content.We reached 240,000 website views in just over a year, which was a great achievement. But the experience of managing a website and a team of talented writers, while creating my own content too, was priceless.Fast forward to today, and the hard work on our site has led to a website partnership with SPORTBible — one of the biggest football organisations in the online world — where I look to help take our coverage of the club to the next level as the website lead.That’s UtdDistrict.
