Having a wild and wonderful early career which culminated in a bakery in Dublin (that didn't bake anything), I have now spent over a decade in the business world, working in a wide variety of industries. My love of methodologies stems from always looking for a better way. I consolidate my natural outgoing nature with a focus on people and a keen eye for opportunities for improvement.After spending time in a traditional Business Analysis environment I went looking for faster delivery methodologies with the customer in mind. This naturally led to Agile, Lean and Design Thinking where I now spend my time helping clients Nationwide get better.
