Leader of Customer Design team in Latin America, this unit is consisted of 4 teams of designers, New Business Technical Designers, In-Life Technical Designers, Solutions Architect and Service Designers, these groups together sum more than 35 professionals. These teams operate integrated supporting the customers on scalable, high-performing and reliable solutions.Selected Achievements:• Restructure of the Sales Engineer team in Brazil improving the responsiveness of the team through the change of the leadership model of the group. Implementation of quality assurance process in other to improve the quality of the projects. • Promotion of use of internal platforms/products in the global accounts through capacitation program to Technical Designers.• Sponsorship for the development of new customer propositions to attend the demand of innovation solutions that are not part of portfolio.

Lead of the Solutions Architect team in Latam, consisted of 15 senior professionals who were responsible for the technical architecture of large contracts like FIAT, Ambev, Syngenta, Novartis and others in Latin America. Also worked as Lead Solutions Architect for Unilever contract in Américas region.Selected Achievements:• Integration of Unilever regions of Americas (North and South) under same processes and procedures. Resulting in more efficiency and reduction of operational costs.• Creation of a common design processes with a standardized set of pre-sales documentation, which resulted in an easy rotation of professional in the design team between the accounts, making possible to attend the seasonality of projects in each account.

Responsible for WAN and LAN architecture of Unilever in Latin America, translating and adjusting the global strategy for the local demand of the business. Managed also the technical design team dedicated to Unilever account, through the resource allocation to the projects and the tracking of SLAs. Selected Achievements:• Design and coordinate the implementation of the WAN and LAN for new Headquarter of Unilever in Brazil. (2500 users).• Redesign and Implement the LAN of the Unilever Datacenter in USA, in order to support an expansion for new servers.• Leader of Cisco Gold Certification program in Brazil, which certified more than 20 professionals and resulted in rebates of more than 2 million USD.

Acted as a technical specialist of Cisco, supporting the telecom teams in Latin America and developing large projects in Brazil. Responsible for the LAN environment related to Latam in the DC of Unilever in USA. Selected Achievements:• Design and plan the migration of Unilever WAN from Frame-Relay to MPLS in Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru and Chile. Project TOV of 11M USD.• Design and implementation of the WAN and LAN environment for the new factory of Unilever in Northeast of Brazil.
