Involved in financial and compliance management in supplier relationships, monitoring their performance through tools, reports, and performance indicators, ensuring supply within established deadlines, costs, and quality standards. I manage the granting of access to Embraer tools for supplier representatives and oversee the planning and control of materials according to ERP requirements, ensuring adequate stock levels and support for internal and external demands. I also participate in negotiations, the preparation of management reports, and process improvements, developing tools that optimize material and supplier management.

National and International PurchasesResponsible for gather data and information necessary for the planning and programming of the purchase of parts and options to meet the demand for production, repair and sale of aircraft spares by Helibras, in the short and long term;Procurement Focal Point Heavy Aircraft (H22M, EC725AP);MRP Commodities: Chemicals, Miscellaneous, Raw Material, Labels, Structure, Mechanics and Engines;SAP: MM, WM, PP, SD, QM, PM (Analysis of New Work Orders, Production Orders, Inventory Analysis, Purchase Orders, Analysis of Quality Processes, etc);Responsible for the repair process in order to meet the demand and needs of the maintenance line and end customers;Assist in the planning and scheduling of acquisitions to meet the company's short and long-term demand to estimate the quantities to be acquired, considering the needs and acquisition time, to allow the planned action of those responsible and areas involved;Identify opportunities for improvement or innovation in the sector; act in technological research and development of technological innovation activities related to its area of ​​expertise;Interface with the Accounts department guaranteeing the commitment assumed with the supplier;Interface with the Foreign Trade area to monitor the export process, ensuring delivery at the Supplier's facilities;Development of performance indicators;

Responsible for the Repair process in order to meet the demand and needs of the maintenance line and end customers;Responsible for all negotiations between Helibras and authorized suppliers in the area of Repair and Overhaul flow;Relationship with authorized suppliers in the Repair and Overhaul flow;Responsible for punctually supplying, with cost and quality, a flow of 250 items repaired per month;Repair process with national and international supplies, including mother company Airbus and other subsidiaries of the Airbus Helicopters Group;Analyze the history and projection of the consumption needs of short and long term parts and options, consulting the records in the system, checking historical consumption assistance program to anticipate future needs beyond those information on occurrences and indications of new demands.Assist in the planning and scheduling of acquisitions to meet the company's demand for short and long term to estimate the quantities to be purchased, considering the needs and the time of acquisition, to allow the planned action of those responsible and areas involved.Identify and signal to the manager opportunities for improvement or innovation in the sector; act on technological research and technological innovation development activities related to its area of performance.Interface with the Accounts department ensuring the commitment assumed with the supplier;Interface with the Foreign Trade area to monitor the export process ensuring delivery to the Supplier's premises;Development of performance indicators;
