• Realizar suporte remoto e presencial em uma ampla gama de softwares, desde ferramentas de produtividade como Office até aplicativos e módulos de segurança, assegurando a satisfação dos usuários finais.• Realizar atividades de suporte em redes, incluindo cabeamento e configuração de pontos de dados, para assegurar a conectividade e a infraestrutura da rede;• Executar manutenção preventiva periódica em equipamentos de hardware, visando a redução de falhas e a otimização do desempenho do sistema;• Identificar e aplicar soluções de segurança em softwares e redes, garantindo que todos os dispositivos e sistemas operacionais estejam protegidos contra vulnerabilidades;• Atender chamados de usuários finais utilizando a ferramenta ITSM para manutenções corretivas e preventivas em hardware e software, além de auxiliar no gerenciamento de usuários no Active Directory.

• Participate in the development and refactoring of APIs using Node.js, ensuring compatibility with the PostgreSQL relational database;• Monitor and assist in the migration of a NoSQL database to PostgreSQL, ensuring fluid integration between the APIs and the new database;• Refactor the APIs to optimize SQL queries and improve data access performance, focusing on the efficiency of communication between the system and the relational database;• Implement improvements in the data flow between PostgreSQL and the APIs, ensuring the consistency, security and scalability of the system;• Perform performance tests to validate the efficiency and stability of the system after migration, promoting continuous adjustments to maintain high performance standards;• Contribute to the evolution of the system architecture, focusing on maintaining a robust, scalable and easy-to-manage structure in the long term.
