We operate in the industrial, agricultural, services, construction, and healthcare sectors.My role is to lead the carbon business unit in the development and growth of our decarbonization platform, assisting 100 thousand large and small companies by 2030

• Support climate risk analysis and use of methodologies for the calculation and reporting of GHG emissions and removals related to the agricultural sector;• Assist the application of main methodologies, standards, and protocols for the development of carbon credit projects related to the agricultural sector;• Prepare documents such as Project Design (P.D.), follow up its validation by an independent accredited body, and support the monitoring and verification process for issuing credits; • Technically support the implementation of the company's commercial strategy, including database organization, prioritization of potential customers, implementation of new processes, and drafting of proposals • Guide and support field staff in data analysis to ensure monitoring and reporting quality and oversee the execution of all monitoring, reporting and auditing requirements

AgCert was a Canadian/Irish company of the AES group and produced and sold agriculturally-derived greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions. I was responsible for the Green House Gas Emissions Reduction Certification under the United Nations (UN) Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), and for all field documentation, safety, biogas production, licensing, operation and maintenance of 30 bio-digester sites in Brazil.When I started working for the company, the region I supervised was having serious problems with biogas production, bad relations with partners, poor field documentation, and safety. I managed to increase biogas production at all the sites, updated all field documentation necessary for certification, developed strong trustworthy relationships with partners, improved safety standards and drastically reduced operational costs.
