Here was another battle. I like this way to discovery new passions. At this point is a training for my carrier, where I need to work and also go to professional school. The course is electrical engineering for automation and I found my favorite place to work with machines and customers. In one year I learned the base of electric area and I apprimorate my german language. After all I can say that I am really motivated for my next step in my career.

As my first work in Europe, I enjoyed the sales team at Ferrotec Europe GmbH. My task was to support sales Team, where I could work with the managers to archive the objective. I organized the information of our custumers to give them better overview about the issues and I also supported the customer service.I had some opportunities to visit customers, as much as some participation in quality problems to solve them.I worked in a few months at the production, to understand and give support for the team. There I have been learning electronic skills and mounting the product for our customer.From this experience I learned the culture of business in Europe and absorbed a lot of experience as how to find the best solution and how can we produce more efficiently.

Realizava backup diário(SQL), suporte ao programas da corporação, assistência na parte de hardware, suporte aos clientes internos e pouco envolvimento na parte de software (Oracle).

Responsável pelas correspondências internas e externas da corporação, controle de restaurante, organização de documentos.

Responsável pelos dados de clientes, auxiliava layout de propagandas (página no facebook, banners, etc), atendimento ao cliente.
