I am a dedicated Mechanical Engineer currently pursuing a Master's degree in Aeronautics and Vehicle Structures at FEUP. Specializing in fracture crack growth in bi-material interfaces and the mechanical properties of polymeric gears, I have honed strong analytical skills and attention to detail throughout my academic journey. Notably, I conducted a comprehensive study on fracture crack growth in bi-material interfaces, contributing to the understanding of interfacial properties in the semiconductor industry. My last research focused on optimizing the mechanicaland cohesive properties of composite gears for diverse industries. Beyond academia, I actively engage in hands-on projects, collaborating with IEEE Porto on building a model of the iconic 14bis aircraft and recently joining a team that aims to build an UAV. These experiences fuel my passion for aerospace engineering, allowing me to delve into aviation history and appreciate the complexities of propulsion systems.
