CurrentPolicy Development and Implementation: Develop and update organizational, best practice-related, and specific industry-sector internal project management policy. Make sure these policies are communicated and well implemented across project teams.Ensure compliance in the execution of the project regarding all legal, regulatory, and ethical issues. Work closely with the compliance department to address discrepancies and implement corrective measures.Client Engagement: Represent Accenture with clients in all key project direction, progress, and status meetings, compliance issues, and in the strategic direction of projects. Develop and maintain solid relationships with the clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.Training and Guidance: Provide adequate training and continuous guidance to the projects' teams in best practices of project management and compliance. Act as the point of reference for all team members in seeking advice and clarification on policy matters. Performance Monitoring: Effectiveness of the policies and compliance strategies should be constantly assessed against project outcomes and feedback of stakeholders. Recommend and effect improvements that optimize the delivery of projects.
