I am an undergraduate Mechanical Engineering student at UNESP in Guaratinguetá. I fell in love with this field because I have always enjoyed imagining that I could design machines, especially aircraft. During my degree, I had the opportunity to participate in the Aerofeg Aerodesign extension project, where we developed remotely controlled aircraft to compete in the SAE Brazil Aerodesign competition. From 2020 to 2022, I held positions in the performance, stability and control, and marketing areas, learning various engineering software, including structural analysis tools.Additionally, for the past year, I have had the opportunity to be a CNPq research fellow, working on a project that explores the physical and financial feasibility of a process to capture carbon from the atmosphere using Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) technologies, such as Calcium Looping. Furthermore, I was also a scholarship holder in a UNESP project aimed at implementing gamification in the teaching of Experimental Physics for engineering students in their basic cycle.
