I am a doctoral student in medical sciences and a data scientist professional with experience in R and Python language and its data manipulation and visualization packages. My background includes a bachelor's degree in data science and expertise in bioinformatics, particularly in the analysis of transcriptomic data. I am currently interested on single-cell and spatial transcriptomics.Motivated by a curiosity to understand the role of non-coding RNAs in biological processes, especially in disease, I am skilled in statistical analysis, biological data interpretation and the application of machine learning algorithms.-----About my PhD project: "My research aims to investigate the role of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in fibroblasts and their effects on the extracellular matrix (ECM) during the repair process following a cardiovascular event. I will use bioinformatic tools to identify potential ECM targets, and later test lncRNAs that may be involved in post-infarction tissue repair. Specifically, I will use silencing techniques and a decellularized matrix model derived from healthy and infarcted animal models. The goal of this work is to identify potential targets for therapies in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases."Online CV (pt-br): http://lattes.cnpq.br/4405051065732824
