- Management of inspection services from the elaboration of technical proposals to final reports emission. The main activities in this field were:- Inspection of boilers in several industries with the most relevant being the pulp and paper industry, using visual inspection and managing non-destructive tests (NDTs) with thorough analysis based on equipment history and applicable standards (NR-13, ASME, etc);- Management of teams with up to 120 people in mills outages with the main goal being to evaluate equipment integrities, defects detection, repairs follow-up and final approval to meet customers schedule and quality requirements;- Acting in industry outages among international professionals to discuss problems and solutions for boilers;- Abroad experience leading small inspection teams and inspecting boiler for the pulp & paper industry (Argentina and Chile).

- Inspection of industrial equipment in several fields, such as pulp and paper, ethanol and sugar, and wood products industries;- Creation and monitoring of tools to control inspection reports emission;- Jobs planning - Logistics, materials, and data. Every job was unique as much as a project and had to be thought considering the specifics demands from clients;- Data analysis from NDTs (non-destructive tests).

- Elaboration and update of Leading/Lagging Indicators (inventory, excess materials, OTD, past due);- Risk and impact analysis on sales to assist in SIOP;- Update of data planning into the ERP;- Remote (skype/phone/e-mails) contact with worldwide hydraulics plants (Americas, Europe, and Asia) in order to lessen inventory and days on hand.

- Installation project of air compressor (technical drawings, tools and components procurement, and follow up with different teams);- Energy waste analysis and resolutions together with maintenance teams.

- Elaboration and analysis of maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, and other specific breakdowns analysis;- Tools and machine components procurement;- Preventive and corrective maintenance planning;- Budget control.
