With over 12 years of experience in management consulting, I am a core member of BCG X, the tech build and design unit at Boston Consulting Group, as well as part of the firm's Operations practice. My role involves leading digital and analytics transformations, where I deliver end-to-end custom-built AI solutions to clients across various industries, including retail, airlines, energy, petrochemicals, mining, and pulp and paper. These transformations encompass areas such as sales and operations planning, logistics, and supply chain management, among others.Additionally, I lead the development of BCG's proprietary iSA (Intelligent Sales Assistant), an advanced analytics and AI-powered tool designed to act like a "personal trainer" for sales forces. By integrating personalization with gamification, iSA aims to enhance the effectiveness of sales teams on a large scale.I hold a BSc degree in Aeronautical Engineering from ITA (Brazil), an MBA degree with majors in Business Analytics, and Marketing & Operations from the Wharton School, as well as an MA in International Studies from The Lauder Institute at UPenn.
