Responsible for assisting with the general supply chain coordination for the Sono Global juice group, including the activities of Pinora, Sono Brasil, Maia Global, Steinhauser and other group business.• Project management- Coordinating the implamentation of CargoWise One, our new logistics software.- Coordinating the RFID project to provide a better tracking of our packaging program.• Stakeholder management- Communicating frequently with strategic partners to develop a good working relationship that maximises the opportunity to extend services provided and length of relationship- Communicating openly and regularly with the commercial, operations, finance and management across the various areas of the business• Continuous improvement operational excellence- Ensuring timely and accurate entry of all operational and logistics activities into SAP- Ensuring that the supply chain team administrative duties are performed timely and in full- Striving for continuous improvement for the Sono Global platform by looking for areas of improvement• Supply chain management and coordination- Managing all inbound shipments from our production sites in Ghana and Brazil- All aspects of inventory management, stock control and stock reconciliation- Coordinating finished product planning, blending, assembly and management- Coordinating all aspects of the outbound shipments (transporters, warehouses, customs, etc.)- Maintaining data quality & reports in SAP• Marketing & communications- Leading the development of our online marketing programs (web, SEO, blogs social media, etc.)- Leverage other marketing tools where possible to improve our sales efficiency - Gathering pricing, maintaining rates in SAP and performing updates in the CRM• Packaging management and coordination- Assist with the coordination of new production orders, quality control & supplier management- Assist with the European packaging quality control, cleaning & packing station
