Main activities: Monitore the maintenance of a blood sample processing plant, with an average daily volume of around 15,000 tubes. Additionally, provided diagnoses of failures of different natures (electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic) on customers' equipment, created and translated manuals for the operators, and monitored the client's KPIs every quarter.Results: Improved customer KPIs, such as reducing the Mean Reaction Time (MRT) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) to less than 1 hour by proposing a reduction in the preventive maintenance schedule, which resulted in 85% of the machinery's performance indexes being above national averages. Additionally, there was a reduction of more than 50% in nocturnal tickets being opened, due to the creation of manuals to guide operators in solving problems of low technical complexity.
