With over 22 years of experience in the advertising industry, I am the CEO of Ketchum Brasil, a global communications consultancy that helps brands and organizations create positive change. I am passionate about creating business opportunities, designing service models, and supporting the client's strategy behind every brand I serve.My career journey has taken me from a technical backend coder in the mid-'90s to a chief operating officer at Wunderman Brazil in 2016, and then to the CEO of Ketchum in 2019. Along the way, I have worked with the best talent in my industry, serving the largest brands in various sectors, integrating all channels and touchpoints within the consumer journey. I have also co-founded and partnered with a local digital ad agency, Urban Summer Digital Creative, where we won outstanding RFPs and pitches, including prospects and big brands such as Banco Itaú, Audi Brazil, ESPN, Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé, Vivo, Whirlpool, among others. My core competencies include marketing communications, creative direction, online marketing, client services, and operational structure. I have a proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful solutions that unite strategy and execution in an exclusive and seamless way for each client and its governance model. I have also received multiple awards for social media engagement and digital campaigns.
