Projects: - Integrated Operations Center (IOC) Optimizations - Peregrino end to end Maintenance- ESP Analytics / AI Failure prediction- Equinor Brazil Digital RoadmapKey achievements:- Created a Production bottleneck diagram for the Peregrino Field- Got approval for the implementation of machine learning model for real-time failure prediction in ESPs Peregrino- Developed company digitalization strategy, setting goals and metrics, and aligning country strategy with the worldwide strategy.Responsibilities:- Mapped maintenance management process and compared to current processes, identifying gaps and opportunities with Continuous Improvement tools.- Worked defining the strategy for IOC Brazil, facilitating workshops to map risks, planning actions and implementing KPIs to monitoring results.- Analyzed past production losses from Peregrino to identify the bad actors and promoted use of indicators for prioritization of improvement initiatives.- Worked in a multidisciplinary team with Production, ESP and Electrical Engineers and the operations team to map field constraints. Projects: - Requisition to payment process improvement (R2P)- Equinor Transportation Operating Model project- Move to Cloud BrazilKey achievements:- Develop a roadmap for the improvement of the requisition to the payment process in Equinor.- Collaborated in the Local Business Services cost reduction in 2020, leading initiatives in the transportation area.- Supported Equinor on Global initiative to remove physical IT infrastructure from offices, by supporting development of local strategy and identifying suppliers.Responsibilities:- Identified, monitored, and implemented continuous improvement, Lean and Digitalization initiatives and best practices in LBS.- Coordinated a multidisciplinary team to map and identify risks and gaps in the R2P process.- Mapped the transportation process using Continuous improvement tools.- Led the procurement process of new suppliers for transportation.- Collaborated with Norway in the creation of a new Transportation operating model, applied for a deviation to global standards and presented the risks, benefits and implementation strategy that was approved by the Brazilian board of directors.- Monitored and reported financial results Local Business Service area. - Coordinated the move to cloud for Equinor Brazil, managing cost, monitoring risk and talking to local stakeholders. Projects: - AI implementation to increase EDP plant efficiency.Key achievements:- Applied artificial intelligence to correlate all the variables that impact the efficiency of the Gravataí boiler.- Got approval for the failure detection pilot at EDP's steam generation plant.Responsibilities:- Worked as part of a synergetic lively team while collaborating with various stakeholders including AI, Data Scientists, Software engineers, and more.- Performed exploratory and targeted data analyses, visualizing data, identifying correlations- Worked with large and complex data sets to solve failure detection problems using different analytical and statistical approaches, including Sklearn Random Forest models and Deep Learning with Keras.- Trained, tested, and Deployed of data driven models.

Projects: - Ostra Field MOBO optimization tool.Key achievements:- Improved Ostra reservoir production by 10%, increasing cash flow by use of the tool developed.- Increased efficiency of Engineers time by transforming a large manual activity into an automated and more precise process.Responsibilities:- Worked with subsea and subsurface teams, mapped production constraints and created a model for Ostra reservoir production.- Monitored and identified optimization opportunities on BC-10 Ostra reservoir.
