As one of the owners (partnership of Caio Cardoso and Morpho Garcia), I fulfill the role of head teacher, taking responsibility for conducting English classes at various proficiency levels, both in individual and group formats. The main focus is to cater to beginner and intermediate level students, covering proficiency levels A1 to B2. I prepare and assess activities and evaluations, as well as organize the pedagogical department and develop lesson plans. Additionally, I am in charge of administering English placement tests, ensuring that each student is properly placed in their learning path. In addition to my role as a teacher, I play a crucial role in creating content for the Instagram account @classeswithcaio. I develop copywriting and scriptwriting skills to enhance the posts, and I also edit Reels/TikTok videos, sharing tips and content related to English teaching. I attract potential clients, present the course commercially, and develop customized teaching materials specifically tailored to meet individual students' needs, using Cambridge materials.
