- Responsible for stakeholders’ management, including mapping, engagement strategy, and KPI definition and analysis.- Coordination of company’s compliance with the Equator Principles, for obtaining and maintaining financing.- Participation in incidents of social and environmental emergencies resulting from oil spills, forest fire, strikes, road blocks and property invasions.- Institutional relationship focal point to all municipalities and state government.- Company´s representative on Private Terminals Association (ATP). Member of the Board of Directors of ATP.- Interface with Legislative bodies, both on State and Municipal levels on monitoring, tracking and intervening to defend the interests of the company on pending legislative bills.- Responsible for developing a Social Baseline, adapting future initiatives, actions and projects to the mission and vision of the Company, in order to mitigate social impacts and create a positive agenda with strategic stakeholders.- Social monitoring of resettled rural communities.- Coordination of the implementation of the Sustainability Integrated Management System for the Company.- Participation on due diligences, M&As and support to the business development area.- Responsible for the development, execution and management of all CSR projects of the Company, as well as the strategic communication plan.- Responsible for all institutional lectures, participation in public hearings and meetings, debate tables and to represent the Company in any public events;
