Led the development of new features for the Samsung Health application, present on every Samsung Galaxy and with more than 1 billion downloads on play store. Developed in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose, and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to meet high performance and accuracy standards.Led the development of an Android system-level security service intended to be on Samsung Galaxy flagships. Developed in Java with performance intensive parts in C++. Automated its complex build system which saved days for new configurations.Led research to explore vulnerabilities in electronic devices using advanced deep learning techniques with PyTorch. Conducted over 100 experiments to strengthen both the attack and defense and gain insights into the issue.Implemented a one-dimensional CNN architecture for signal feature extraction and applied preprocessing techniques including signal drift detection, cropping, filtering, and augmentation through shifting and noise injection, which increased data volume by 300%.Employed the One vs One model approach resulting in an 18% improvement in attack success rate.Decreased sample preprocessing time by 17x, with the implementation of parallel processing techniques in both CPU and GPU.

As an Intern at a Research and Development Institute, I could experiment the different processes of new technologies being created, from conceptualization, initial high level proof-of-concept to final implementation. Working at Samsung gave me the oportunity to participate in very interesting and innovative projects that would produce proof-of-concept software in areas such as Biometrics Research, Embedded Devices Development, UEFI Development, Windows Development, Android Development and more. All with the help of very capable professionals that I am very grateful to have worked with.I was also able to participate in a complete Machine Learning Pipeline, which involved data collection, data pre-processing, feature extraction, model training and analysis.As a result of this work, contributed in the elaboration of an academic paper to be submitted to an international conference, and also in the elaboration of a patent.

Developed a complete management web system using Firebase for UNESP University in Botucatu, São Paulo, which aimed to organize human and animal cells in nitrogen tanks. The system was designed to attend users needs under a multiple option search engine, while being mobile and user friendly.
